Mixed Media & Craft

When One Material Isn't Enough

Some ideas ask for more than a single medium can offer.

Mixed media allows me to explore the places where materials, textures, and ideas overlap. Where painting meets sculpture, where natural and constructed elements coexist, and where the boundaries between disciplines begin to dissolve.

By layering unexpected materials and processes, I create work that encourages closer observation. Each surface carries its own history, each material contributes its own voice, and together they form a conversation that could not exist through paint alone.

Rather than treating materials as separate, I invite them to work together—revealing that some of the most compelling stories emerge where boundaries begin to blur.
